Book Club Bistro is a small brunch cafe and reading room tucked next to the Skechers on Red Cliffs Drive. We open early, cook a short menu carefully, and leave the music quiet enough that you can hear yourself think.
The food is simple and seasonal. Sourdough from a local bakery. Eggs from a Utah farm. Espresso from a roaster we trust. Brunch is served all day because brunch should be served all day.
Bring a paperback, a notebook, or a friend you have been meaning to catch up with. We have a corner table that fits a manuscript and a long pour-over. Stay as long as you like. The wifi is fast and the second cup is on us.
